Rare Shirley Bassey single pressed in Argentina in 1970.
Only known edition of "Spinning Wheel" on 45 format (except the 1979 reissue on Zonophone label)
Superb Soul Mod.
As usual in this part of the world, record spins at 33 and titles are translated into spanish.
