Description
Shirley Collins 1960 Collector Records EP JEI 1508 'Shirley Sings Irish' with Robin Hall on guitar and this the first of her 1960 EPs.
The clean Garrod sleeve (pre Garrod & Lofthouse?) has the front and flipbacks laminated. No splits or writing but there is a hint of ringwear along with minor corner wear and one corner crease. So let's say 7.5 /10 condition for the sleeve with respect to the blemishes.
Next the vinyl which is flat and shiny with super clean labels as shown and I can't see any spindle marks at the centres to show its been near a record player. In room daylight the disc looks so good and even under the evil and all-knowing desk lamp I can't see much wrong at all. But the vinyl has been in existence for sixty years so expect it not to be mint although it's in the ballpark.
This then is a great example of this highly collectible EP and I rate the vinyl a solid 9 /10 for condition. But again, return it to me if you disagree!
Note it comes with the original plain white paper inner sleeve but I'll put the disc in a 7" shaped polythene sleeve for ultimate protection for both shipping and keeping.
