If you are looking for a top copy of this - look no further! Both record and sleeve are in very collectable condition. You won't be disappointed.

The record is in excellent condition with only light 'paper' marks, but no bad scratches. The gatefold sleeve is excellent – NO rips, creases or writing. (Unusual for a Harvest LP the details are on the back, which is laminated.)

The record was intended to give a picture of England “before the Fall” - that is, up to the Great War, when the maypole, which had once been the centre of so many village greens, was replaced by the memorial stone. The LP had a major influence on English folk music and is regarded as a classic.
