Description

So, after five decades of collecting vinyl and Hi-Fi, the time has finally come to downsize.  Over the next few months, with great reluctance, I will be gradually selling off my treasured collection of records, cds and hi-fi equipment.  It will take a while !!! For instant sale is a first UK pressing from 1970 of 'AT HOME' by SHOCKING BLUE.  It is on the PENNY FARTHING label with the catalogue number PELS 500.  It has the matrices 1Y and 2Y in the runout grooves. The laminated 'flipback' sleeve is in overall good condition.  However, there is some creasing in the lamination which you can see in some of the photos and some wear on the corners and especially on the spine.  There is also some general 'grubbiness' and ringwear.  No writing or other marks.  Please study the photos carefully to see the condition for yourself.  The labels are in very good condition but there are some 'spindle trails' and a bit of wear on the side 2 label.  Again, you can see this in the photos.  The record is in good/very good condition with quite a few surface marks and scuffs.  On the whole it plays really well with only occasional surface noise/'crackle' and occasional 'pops'.  However, on side 2 there is a more significant mark which causes a few annoying clicks and pops during a couple of tracks towards the end but they are far and away the worst bits of noise on the album.  The record does not 'skip' or 'jump'. I have priced the item to reflect the faults outlined above.   The album will be wrapped in bubblewrap before posting to ensure that it does not get damaged on its journey.  I will dispatch it in a proper record mailer and will post within one working day of purchase by Second Class post so that it gets on its way to you as soon as possible.
