UPDATE:    Good news!   The buyer who tried to mar our reputation, as well as others, has now been removed from the eBay community.  It remains to be seen whether his so-called friends will continue his dirty work, but as of now, we are elated to report that his other two eBay IDs are also suspended.   Thank you to the many sellers and customers who offered their support, as that helped tremendously during our efforts to get the job done.  Now on to more pleasant things...

Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable.  We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our well over 18,000 positive feedback.   We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. HEAVY PSYCH COLLECTIBLE, 1972

WHOA!...the hard to find and widely sought 1972 first press on the rarely seen Nimbus 9 label of the mighty URSA MAJOR...a terrific atmospheric HARD guitar PSYCH beast with terrific guitar work all through the dynamic self composed tracks ... the guitar trio is led by Dick Wagner (guitar/vocals) who once led the FROST in many Detroit kick out the jams shows ... With URSA MAJOR the volume and dynamics are up a level or three with powerful riff-o-rama progressions...

Many unsuspecting collectors may have had lesser or low expectations about this album but were blown away by its impact. One of the best lps of it's kind with great Dick Wagner vocals (Darkest Hour, Back to the Land, Liberty), framimg each song with sonic guitar work.

Another overlooked treasure of the early 70's to be filed along with the likes of Captain Beyond, Armageddon, etc. Highly recommended.

It's also a layered sharp recording.

CONDITION: The Cover: rated: MINT in factory cellophane ...ALL solid and top clean; the textured silver/black cover::::here is a survivor with NO delete marks (rare for this cover!) NO WEAR (almost all surviving copies have wear!) SO hard to find this cover THIS clean with the dark color that almost always turns up with heavy wear...collectible copy having no bends, no split seams, and no writing...

The Vinyl: is clean...rated: VG++ side one (few light hairlines on side one otherwise very shiny clean, M- side two, smooth and clear... altogether plays enjoyable ...both orange RCA labels are clean
