Description
SIBELIUS: Violin Concerto, DECCA SXL 2077, original pressing, 1959. Tchaikovsky, RICCI, London Symphony Orchestra. Cover is real nice, has some lamination lifting, though, mostly lower front part of cover. Back cover is Excellent. Cover is overall VG++. Minimal wear, no splits. Disc is EXCELLENT+, has a couple (and just a couple) of ultra light thin hairlines seen in strong light only, no affect on play. Plays great throughout with great clarity, minimal light crackles in a few spots. GROOVED lbls. HAS orig. thick DECCA inner-slv in near mint condition. RARE LP. CHECK my other classical LPs auctioned this week. Many rare ones!
GRADINGS: I have ten years of experience of selling vintage vinyl. I aim at selling top quality LPs only. Gradings are on the M/ EX/VG+/VG scale. I will rarely I sell LPs less than VG+.
MINT- is superb, almost like new. No marks, scratches, clicks, noise, or anything else.
EX is also VERY nice, 2-3 light marks perhaps, no disturbing noise, great sound quality.
VG+, a nice player, but probably has some visual impairments, and some clicks or light noise in places; always see the individual description.
VG: Rarely put of for sale, an ok copy, but always see the individual description.
PLAYGRADING: There's no guessing about condition from visual look. The visual look of a record is very important, but it only tells part of the truth. Therefore I playgrade and carefully check all my offered LPs.
