ELVIS COSTELLO AND THE ATTRACTIONS LP "IMPERIAL BEDROOM" SIGNED with lyric sleeve-1982-SIGNED 38157.  The LP and lyric sleeve are in super condition. The cover has very cool artwork and colors. Signature is in black marker. I never got certified. I'm just selling a few collectibles and leaving that up to you.
