RARE Signed MIDNIGHT COWBOY & URBAN COWBOY Original LP Soundtrack recordings (see photos for complete playlist) :
1) MIDNIGHT COWBOY (1969) (United Artists -UAS-5198) (Signed by Jon Voight & Brenda Vacarro while I was in their presence) Original United Artists Motion Picture Score. Music by John Barry with hit song "Everyone's Talkin" sung by Nilsson on this LP. Screenplay by Waldo Salt. Based on the novel by James Leo Herlihy. Produced by Jerome Hellman. Directed by John Schlesinger. Starring: John Voight, Dustin Hoffman, Brenda Vacarro, John McGiver, Ruth White, Sylvia Miles, Bernard Hughes. At the 42nd Academy Awards, the film won for Best Picture, Best Director, Best Adapted Screenplay. Both Dustin Hoffman and Jon Voight were nominated for Best Actor. It is the only X Rated movie to win best picture honors. Rated as 36th greatest film of all time. CONDITION: Vinyl & Cover = Very Good ++.
2) URBAN COWBOY (1980) (Asylum Records - DP-90002 - 2-LP SET) (Signed by John Travolta - includes photo of John signing autographs at the time he signed this LP)  Original Paramount Motion Picture Soundtrack. Music by Ralph Burns with Western themed songs sung by several artists including: Jimmy Buffett, Charlie Daniels Band, Eagles, Dan Fogelberg, Micky Gilley & his Band, Johnny Lee, Anne Murray, Bonnie Raitt, Linda Ronstadt/J.D. Souther, Kenny Rogers, Bob Scaggs, Bob Sager, Joe Walsh. Produced by Irving Azoff, Robert Evans. Directed by James Bridges. Screenplay by James Bridges and Aaron Latham. Starring: John Travolta, Debra Winger, Scott Glenn, Madelyn Smith, Barry Corbin. As a result of the film's success, there was a mainstream revival of country music. CONDITION: Vinyl & Cover = Excellent.
