This auction is for the RARE LP 33 1/3 RPM record of Leonard Bernstein conducting the New York Philharmonic in perfomrances of composer Claude Debussy's " Saxophone Rhapsody  " performed by renowned saxophonist Sigurd Rascher, the Debussy " Clarinet Rhapsody " performed by Stanley Drucker and a performance of the Honegger " Three Symphonic Movements "

 The Columbia Masterworks record and sleeve are in mint condition with no surface marks. This recording was published by Columbia Records. Catalog #MS6659. This recording is no doubt the most renowned label to have recorded any classical saxophonist and in 35 years of collecting saxophone recordings ths one stands out in quality, production and performance. Sadly, I do not have a photo to add to this auction since the LP cover is much larger than my scanner bed and I cannot locate a stock photo to show the cover art which is gorgeous. But, the LP is here and as described.
