Silverchair is one of the most acclaimed and successful Australian bands of all time. They have won 21 ARIA Awards - more than any other artist in history. All five of their studio albums have made it to #1 in their home country and they have sold well over six million albums around the world. 
Silverchair’s trailblazing debut album Frogstomp, recorded in just nine days in early 1995 when the band members were an average age of 15, is a raw sounding slab of alternative rock. A #1 hit in Australia and New Zealand, the disc went on to become the first Australian album since INXS to hit the U.S. top 10, selling more than 2.5 million copies throughout the world. Frogstomp and hit single “Tomorrow” propelled Silverchair to music superstardom.
This limited edition colored 180g 2LP offering of Silverchair's Frogstomp from SRC Records features, "Blind," the bonus track on the original pressing and a D-side frog etching, all housed in a new matte gatefold jacket with UV spot. This pressing also serves as the first time Frogstomp has appeared on vinyl in the U.S.
