This record is in near mint condition. The labels have no spindle marks visible and no scuffs, pen marks or any other serious issues. There is no fading and overall they are immaculate.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are beautifully clean and absolutely spotless in normal light. There are a few, but hardly any, incredibly light wispy lines visible when viewed under very bright white light, but nothing remotely serious. It has no scuffs or blemishes and has a beautiful vivid shine. It is in great shape and has been well cared for or barely played.
I play tested the record and it plays near perfectly. It lays flat with next to no movement in the record arm. The sound produced is superb; its crisp, dynamic and has virtually no interference or surface noise with just the slightest trace occasionally audible between some songs. There are of course no skips, jumps, annoying clicks or any other serious issues. It was a thoroughly enjoyable play test and an audio experience of great quality.
The sleeve is in excellent condition. It has only slight wear to the edges and corners, and there are no splits or weak areas anywhere. The wear is just two minor 1" areas on the top and bottom edges and is very minor. All the text along the spine is clearly legible and there are no tears, scuffs or pen marks anywhere. It contains a plain white inner which is in excellent condition with no splits or serious issues.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, within 24hrs of payment to ensure swift delivery.
