SIMON & GARFUNKEL Bridge Over Troubled Water 1970 ORIGINAL 2-Eye BEAUTIFUL NM!.
This is an amazing condition original 1970 copy of the all-time Simon & Garfunkel classic LP, Bridge Over Troubled Water, on Columbia KCS-9914. Original 2-Eye labels, only on the original pressing. The difference in sound between the first pressing and all subsequent pressings (standard ones) is almost unbelievable. These first pressings sound like dripping honey. Just beautiful, full, present sound. And this copy is absolutely gorgeous. Almost perfectly mint, it plays flawlessly and beautifully as you can ever hope for. The cover has only the lightest wear, just a little hint of edge wear at the bottom, wear the shrink wrap has peeled back. Record appears to be played mayve once or twice absolutely shiny no scratches at all. Inner sleeve is absolutely mint no splits at all. It is truly as beautiful looking a copy as it is a beautiful playing copy. Comes with the original Columbia inner. Really this is a top, top original copy. One of the best I have heard or seen in ages. Hard to beat. Still mostly wrapped in it’s shrink-price tag is on the shrink absolutely all around mint except cover edges ever so slightly as pictured
