Description
THE SIXTH EDITION-45-“Your Kind Of Lovin’” b/w “Talkin’ ‘Bout You”-Jox Records #JOX-054-Killerkool 1966 San Antonio TEXAS Garage-Punk. Most of you know from assorted Texas comps, if not, A side is sort of pop-garage-punk, in a sense like an inept 5 Americans-Farfisa organ-guitar driven; B side is more straight ahead Garage-Punk. Cool and crude version of the Chuck Berry/Stones track with great guttural lead vocal and some dynamite & stinging guitar riffs/punctuations and a killerkool lead guitar break. Comes with a crude (and rare) picture sleeve (see photo).
Condition: Record is VG+ or better; would be Mint-Minus but has some a scuff/blemish visible in certain light angles on A side only; B side is almost Mint-Minus. Also a very small storage warp.
Label clean both sides.
Pic sleeve is G+ or better; seams all intact, several slight bends a couple of folds, some ring wear on one side, slight stain on one side; overall not bad though-its that cheap paper if you know what I mean.
