SKIDS: sweet suburbia / open sound

VIRGIN VS-227 UK 1978 7" (original double sided white label test pressing)

matrix codes are:

A' side: #VS-227-A2

B' side: #VS-227-B2

very rare original white label test pressing of Scottish punk band's great early release (see Mario Panciera's 45 Revolutions book for more details on the normal release). Doing a little research with my copies I discovered that matrix A2 and B2 goes with the white vinyl pressing (in my copy at least) while the original black vinyl has A3 and B4. Not sure if this means something or all the pressings were exactly the same mix. Really scarce item and in perfect condition.
