Description
RARE TROJAN SKA ALBUM SKINHEAD MOONSTOMP SYMARIP
UP FOR AUCTION IS A RARE SKA ALBUM BY SYMARIP SKINHEAD 'MOONSTOMP'
1969/1970, TBL-102
CONDITION OF RECORD COVER IS GOOD WITH SOME MINOR BITS OF WEAR ALTHOUGH THERE IS A NAME IN BIRO ON THE TOP LEFT HAND SIDE (PHOTO 5). COMES WITH ITS ORIGINAL RECORD SLEEVE.
THE VINYL IS GOOD BUT DOES SHOW SIGNS OF WEAR/USEAGE WITH SOME FAINT MARKS/SCRATCHES ETC. SIDE 2 HAS A MORE PROMINENT SCRATCH BUT THE RECORD PLAYS WELL WITH A FEW CRACKLES FROM TIME TO TIME AND A FAINT CLICKING NOISE EVERY REVOLUTION (LASTS A COUPLE OF MINS).
THERE IS A NAME WRITTEN ON SIDE ONE OF THE RECORD AND ANOTHER ONE SCRIBBLED OUT (PHOTO 6)
A RARE AND COLLECTABLE SKA ALBUM WHICH IS WELL OVER 40 YEARS OLD.
Record has been played/tested on turntable and works ok. The record player that it was played on is only a cheap one with built In amp + speakers so its not up to audiophile standard, only to make sure the record doesn't jump.
