Description

This is my second Skip James listing - the remaining sides from his 1964 session. Guitar acc. E condition. Clean shiny copy. Plays beautifully with some very minor surface of no real consequence. Wonderful music with that eerie James vocal/guitar combination. 'Spree' is faster tempo hinting at his 1931 masterpiece 'I'm so glad'. All these Herwins are sought after. This is the only way to get James on a 78 unless you are rich or lucky! Use a microgroove stylus on playback. Issued in the late 60's?
