Description

Alexander "Skip" Spence: "Oar" 1969, USA/Columbia CS 9831. Disc is M-, cover has a drill hole at the top of the spine and little corner dings all around, no ringwear (!), it gets an EX grade. Has the Company inner sleeve and an obituary from a Bay Area newspaper. Rare and sought-after solo LP from Moby Grape's rhythm guitarist is thought to be Columbia's worst-selling album of all time. Thankfully, it only cost them $41 to produce. Check out the engaging opening track via this YouTube link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4t2ZufBbnD8

Be sure to view my other activegod auctions as I have more stuff like this up for grabs this week.

Everything I offer is guaranteed. I try to note any flaws with the disc and the cover so that there are no surprises when the box arrives. If you have any questions, feel free to send me an email.

I ship all records in strong cardboard mailers with cardboard flats added to increase stability. The discs are always removed from the jackets to prevent seam splits, and all albums are dressed in plastic sleeves for travel. Please be aware that these supplies are expensive to purchase and represent a small portion of my shipping charges. I pack/ship one day per week, usually it is Friday.
