Night Time, My Time is the debut studio album by American recording artist Sky Ferreira, released on October 29, 2013 by Capitol Records. Ferreira had previously revealed plans to release a debut album in 2011, but the plans were scrapped and substituted with the release of the extended play As If! (2011), and the following EP Ghost (2012). Ferreira worked with new collaborators, such as Ariel Rechtshaid and Justin Raisen, developing a sound which derives from pop and grunge.
The release of the album was preceded by the release of lead single "You're Not the One" on September 24, 2013, followed by the unveilment of its music video. Upon its release, Night Time, My Time received mostly positive feedback from contemporary music critics, who complimented it as a set and favored Ferreira's songwriting. The record peaked at number 45 on the US Billboard 200. On November 25, 2013, an additional extended play named Night Time, My Time: B-Sides Part I was released featuring three new songs.
Ferreira named the record and its title track after lines spoken by Laura Palmer in the film Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me (1992).
