Description

SLADE Nobody`s Fools (Polydor Super 2383 377) RARE UK 1st Pressing MINT!
RARE UK first pressing of the Slade album "Nobody`s Fools" on Polydor Records (March 1976).
"Playing as if they mean it, Slade have always had a closer affinity with REAL rock & roll than most bands of the Seventies, and for all its obvious limitations, it's a strategy that's served them well. For a couple of years they were indisputable kings of the castle, and for all that (musical) crudeness I've always felt they wore their crown with distinction."  - From an unknown music magazine review (1976). GRADING:
MINT- COVER with very minor overall wear. Please see photos for details.
- Original unlaminated sleeve with a small scratch (at top right).
- Cover "Printed and Made in England by MacNeill Press".
- Small crease at bottom edge (right).   - Two-three very small creases to spine.
- Also includes original heavy cardboard inner sleeve/lyric sheet in MINT(-) condition.

MINT(-) RECORD, bought all those years ago and played perhaps once or twice. Practically perfect.
- The matrix stamps in the run-off grooves read "2383 377 A//2" and "2383 377 B//1".
- This copy of "Nobody`s Fools" is fully certified to be an original UK first pressing, released in March 1976.
PLEASE NOTE: Not to be compared with the more-often-than-not substandard vinyl on offer on eBay, this item is in honestly-graded MINT- condition:  You will not find another copy of "Nobody`s Fools" offering similar value-for-money on all of eBay!
