“From the Beginning”. RARE!!!
Up for auction is a very desirable album of this London band whose musical influence has remained popular throughout all their professional career and is still relevant and much sought after today. Here then is their second album titled “From the Beginning”. This is a quite superb example displaying only tiny indiscretions, but nothing major and still very desirable. Would only enhance any superb existing collection. You are bidding on a very earliest FIRST PRESSING example.
VINYL: Is excellent++ visual condition with only one or two minor indiscretions to the playing surfaces. Nothing feelable and definitely nothing ugly. Literally the lightest touches here and there which does not affect the play in any way. I grade my vinyl very strictly. Vinyl still retains a deep super gloss with that ‘JUST PRESSED’ look and lies perfectly flat. No warping.
AUDIO: Superb sounds with no distortion. Slight crackle on run-in, otherwise great sound.
LABELS: Red ‘open’ DECCA originals – no tears, writing or any type of defacing whatsoever. Just a few light traces of spindle trails. Lovely examples.
INNER SLEEVE: Original blue and white DECCA poly-lined in great shape with no writing tears or seem splits.

STAMPERS: Side one -1K
Side two - 1H . Making this one of the very earliest FIRST PRESSINGS.
COVER: Is excellent, perhaps EX+ according to my very strict grading, with just the corners showing signs of very minor storage wear, but nothing major. I am being strictly critical here. Most would not be so critical. Front lamination is totally intact and displays a superb high gloss with only a couple of small lamination wrinkles at the cover opening. Otherwise as nice as you’ll find anywhere – and very desirable. If this album is missing from your collection, then this is the one for you, to own and treasure. DO NOT MISS THIS GREAT OPPORTUNITY!!!
