PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING

POSTAGE FOR THE U.S. IS NOT $4.00 -- Please do not send the payment before receiving the invoice from me because the postage is NOT $4.00. eBay is setting a postage limitation for the domestic ( the U.S. ) delivery, and the maximum price I can apply to the American bidders is $4.00. But the international shipment I can offer for $4.00 is the slowest international shipping service ( surface mail ) that usually takes 3 months to the U.S.
I DO NOT USE SURFACE MAIL FOR AN ITEM OR A GROUP OF ITEMS COSTING MORE THAN $30.00. Please check the BASIC POSTAGE LIST below, and please do not bid if you do not accept the listed prices.

NOTIFICATION TO THE BIDDERS FROM FRANCE & ITALY -- Since I have learned the additional "REGISTRATION" to Economy Airmail is ignored in these countries and does not bring me any information or response unfortunately, I will use EMS as the only shipping method for FRANCE and ITALY.

AN ITEM LESS THAN $30.00 :

If the price of the item is less than $30.00, I can ship the parcel by "Surface Mail". This is a very slow shipping method and is untraceable. And I cannot take any responsibility.

JAPAN POST SAYS - "Surface Mail" is a service sent by surface. While delivery takes 1 to 3 months, the rates are reasonable.

g

AN ITEM OR A GROUP OF ITEMS COSTING $30.00 - $99.99 :

The parcel must be shipped by the "Economy Air" ( SAL = Surface Air Lifted )" with REGISTRATION at least.

The registration with RR number ( for SAL ) can be traced using the internet at almost all countries.

"Economy Air ( SAL )" is a service where international mail is handled as surface mail in both Japan and the destination country and as airmail between the two countries. The service is faster than surface mail while the cost is lower than airmail.

g

AN ITEM OR A GROUP OF ITEMS COSTING IN EXCESS OF $100 :

EMS ( Express Mail Service )" is required for any item, or group of items costing in excess of $100.00.
