This is an ORIGINAL UK 1969 early pressing of  THE SMALL FACES' rare and classic sixth 12" LP called ' THE AUTUMN STONE ' - this released originally as here in 1969 on the original VIOLET IMMEDIATE label.

Visually graded under a 100W  light source the vinyl retains EXCELLENT MINUS glossy sheen - there are numerous visible marks on both Lp's, predominantly hairlines as well as other more noticeable marks and blemishes.

And this is confirmed on playing as overall there is some surface noise audible in places, generally the quieter parts. I would have to say having heard a few of these IMMEDIATE pressings over the years I have still yet to hear one which you could grade over VG+/EX- !!

Both LP's have been PLAY GRADED.

Side 1 is graded - VERY GOOD PLUS

Side 2 is graded - VERY GOOD PLUS

Side 3 is graded - VERY GOOD PLUS

Side 4 is graded - VERY GOOD PLUS

The VIOLET IMMEDIATE record labels are graded EXCELLENT MINUS  - with little visible spindle wear.

The thin card GATEFOLD PICTURE sleeve is graded VERY GOOD PLUS - with edgewear and rubbing to the spine - spine remains partially legible - and there is a 1cm split to the opening top right.

A classic SMALL FACES Lp featuring some great tracks recorded live and in the studio.
