THE SMALL FACES

For auction is an original 1967 MONO UK 1ST pressing of

THE SMALL FACES - FROM THE BEGINNING

With the “UNBOXED” RED DECCA label, Catalogue number LK 4879

With the laminated in ‘Clarifoil’ and printed in ENGLAND by

“CLOUT AND BAKER LTD” sleeve.

This is a very hard to find and much sought after record especially in such FANTASTIC condition as this one.

The labels are in EX EX condition with no writing or stickers

Retaining their full colour with the printing showing NO signs of fading and staying nice and sharp. And with very minimal spindle marking.

The scanned picture shows otherwise but that is how the record sat on my scanner.

The VINYL is also in EX EX CONDITION recorded on the “THICK” vinyl retaining it’s as “MINT” shine, and lustre. Housed in it’s original inner sleeve. On very close and careful inspection by myself and two other people all we could find is TWO very very light hairline scratches visible under strong light. The vinyl plays absolutely superbly with NO JUMPS, CRACKLES, POPS or STICKING..

The cover has all it’s front laminated cover intact, all the edges are straight and sharp. FROM THE BEGINNING - SMALL FACES - DECCA - MONO - LK 4879 can still be read very clearly from the spine, the rear unlamented cover is in as equally EX condition with no fading or yellowing and still remaining nice and FLAT.

The only thing on the cover (on the front) is the original price sticker of 15/= that’s 75p to those of you who don’t know or have forgotten, I will leave this on, it can be easily removed but I think it adds to the history of the album.
