Description
Hello. This is a pre-owned copy of Smashing Pumpkins' 'Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness' Box Set pressed on four vinyl records in 2014 by Virgin Records. This edition is *confirmed* as the improved "extra dead wax" version, which corrected an earlier pressing flaw featured on the 2012 run of these box sets.
Records pressed on 180 gram vinyl with updated art on the box and on the inner sleeves. Includes 2 books featuring band member notes, photos, lyrics, and additional art and photos.
The record grades are VG (Very Good) and the jacket/box/sleeves grade is VG+ (Very Good Plus). This set is graded VG as there is a large warp on records 2 and 4, a light warp on record 3, and a medium warp on record 1. You may hear occasional surface noise, as well. All records are guaranteed to play without skips/jumps. The box itself, all sleeves, and the booklet are in great shape. Box is still in the original shrink wrap with the original hype sticker in tact.
