Description
PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.
WILDLY RARE original UK pressing of this box set on Virgin/HUT from 1994 containing all four 45 rpm 7" singles from the Siamese Dream album in rigid glossy sleeves on black vinyl with the original MADE IN ENGLAND import sticker and custom barcode sticker on the rear!!! The vinyl is a gorgeous near mint minus with the exception of Rocket and Cherub Rock, which are both a beautiful VG++ with a few light paper scuffs. Sleeves are magnificent. Cover is a nice VG+ with NO splits or seams and some light wear on the corners of the lid only. Even comes with the original Reckless Records (represent, Chicago!) receipt dated January 2nd of 2010 from when I bought this set (along with a Screeching Weasel 7")!!! Even has the original custom barcoded Reckless price sticker dated December of 2009 so you know it went quickly. Like it says on the price sticker, "limited edition and hard to find". That was 11 years ago and now it's much harder to find, especially in this condition, so don't sleep as this is a massive current and future collectable from these grunge-era icons.
I USE GOLDMINE GRADING: MINT (SEALED)
NEAR MINT: LOOKS UNPLAYED VG++: VERY VERY MINIMAL SIGNS OF USE
VG+: AVERAGE SIGNS OF USE, NOTHING DEEP, SUPERFICIAL VG: STILL AN OK RECORD, NOISE BETWEEN SONGS
GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR: FILLER COPY ONLY. LOTS OF SCRATCHES
