SMASHING PUMKINS Siamese Singles 7” box set Hut 24389 27240.
You are about to bid on one of the rarest Smashing Pumpkins records in existence: The Siamese Singles Box Set. Only 6000 copies pressed!! Released in 1994, this box housed the four singles that were released from the bands seminal second LP, “Siamese Dream”. NOTE: THIS IS THE ORIGINAL PRESSING, NOT A BOOTLEG!!
SINGLE ONE: Cherub Rock b/w Purr Snickety
SINGLE TWO: Today b/w Apathy’s Last Kiss
SINGLE THREE: Disarm b/w Siamese Dream
SINGLE FOUR: Rocket b/w Never Let Me Down
The singles are all pressed on black vinyl from the original acetates, and come in the original sleeves (minus CR's numbering). Some unscrupulous dealers have attempted to sell the box set in 2 variants SO BEWARE:
- All black pressings except for Rocket, which is peach
- All original colored pressings
Be advised that these are both fake.
Again, this is the ORIGINAL PRESSING. And here's how you tell:
• The stock number listed on the sticker is 7 24389 27240 6.
• "Purr Snickety" is misspelled "Purr Snikety" on the back of the box.
• The Cherub Rock sleeve in this box has a black bar in the lower right-hand corner of the sleeve in place of the numbering found on the colored 7".
The box and singles are in perfect Mint Condition. The singles themselves HAVE NEVER BEEN PLAYED!!
