SMETANA Die Moldau Bartered Bride JOSEPH BERENDT ALLEGRO Elite 1953 US pressing

Description

For sale is a rare 1953 12" LP of Smetana Die Moldau with the Philharmonic Orchestra and Joseph Berendt on the Allegro Elite microgroove label.  The vinyl is clean with some shine, a few light visual marks but solid VG+ visually that plays more EX to my ears, very nice sound, fully tested.  The jacket has masking tape top and bottom along the seams, I don't seem to see obvious splitting and it was done neatly, so don't let the G+ grade scare you too much, it's actually pretty nice in spite of the tape, some fading to the back as shown.
