STATE OF THE ART TECHNOLOGY IN 1944!
Pre Owned by actress Mamo Clark, wife of Fletcher Christian (CLARK GABLE) in the 1935 film Mutiny on the Bounty.
Until 1944, the only movie soundtrack ever released on records was that of Disney's Snow WHite and the Seven Dwarfs which was released by Decca Records. The second was released on March 1, 1947, the MGM Records soundtrack album made from the film "Till the Clouds Roll By", originally presented on a 78-RPM album set, it was the first soundtrack album ever made from a live-action film musical. The authentic soundtrack album of MGM's The Wizard of Oz, with the film cast, was not issued until 1956.

This record set came from the estate of actress Mamo Clark who played the part Miamiti in Mutiny on The Bounty in 1935. She was Clark Gables wife in the film.
Condition: there is light writing on the front cover at the "and the" yellow oval, the records have light scuffing and light scratches but play with minimal "scratching or static". The booklet is taped to the back cover and at the booklet spine as shown in the photos. There are light red pencil marks on the inside front booklet cover. The Dust Jacket is scuffed on the outside edges and the spine is 80-85% intact meaning there is some separation at the very top and bottom portion of the spine fabric. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate this as a 5 considering the defects.
