Here I have on offer a BBC Transcription Services LP of these two artists:- Jazz London-8 Soft Machine. Band 1 The Man Who Waived at Trains 8' 40" Band 2 Plain Bob 16' 55" Side timed at 25' 41". Numbered 136105-S & CN 2149/S Jazz London-7 The Bobby Lamb-Ray Premru Orchestra. From the Camden Festival 1974. (Two tracks - titles on request) Side timed at 18' 50". Numbered 136104-S & CN2149/S
I assume the Soft Machine half might be of interest to someone, but I have no idea if it is a special recording for the BBC or the original LP recording. Only true fans would know.
The disc is in reasonable condition, given the age of the disc. There is some surface noise here and there and over the course of the two sides one or two "pops". The surface noise can certainly be heard between the tracks and in the quiet bits, but overall a very enjoyable listen. There are some marks on the vinyl, which can be seen in strong light.
I doubt if I have played this more than a handful of times over the years, certainly not recently.
You will see from feedback left by others who have dealt with me that I grade my items quite conservatively, so you can bid with confidence.
I always play the items before listing and try to assess honestly.
For your information I am not a "dealer" and this is not my business.
I am just a man with a large collection - most of which I hardly ever play - so doesn't seem to be much point in keeping them!
Again from the feedback you can see that the packaging I use is always of good quality and strong.
I always ship the discs out of the "main" sleeve in their poly-lined sleeves to avoid seam splits.
