Sleeve Condition;VERY GOOD(wear to edges,light crease to bottom spine corner,bottom seam wear ,small split to middle of spine,sellotape tape  marks and aging around front and back edge of cover,light ring wear to top front and back cover)with insert/lyric sheet in near mint condition.
