Hello and Welcome. Beginning in the 1960s, I made it my goal to collect every 5-star record still available, and I continued my search for 40 years. While not all the records I list for sale reached that lofty goal, they do represent an undying search for the unique and wonderful in the world of sound. I'm happy to be able to offer them to you now. Here is what you're bidding on:
TITLE/ARTIST: "Rainbow" by Sonny Chillingworth on the Lehua Records label (SL 7021), in vintage original stereo sound, issued in 1976.
CONDITION OF VINYL: Near Mint(Vinyl is glowing and beautiful - graded visually using special daylight balanced spotlight). CONDITION OF JACKET: Near Mint(Jacket is exceptional, in its original shrink wrap, marred only by a small punch hole in top right corner - please see photos of actual album offered).
SPECIAL FEATURES: Extremely rare original copy of this lovely Lehua Records album, assembled in an effort to present the unforgettable sounds of one of Hawaii's premier slack-key recording artists, the great Sonny Chillingworth. From its spectacular rainbow cover to its impressive and unusual song selection, this album is a treasure not to be underestimated. This recording features, in addition to the astonishing sounds, some of the most interesting notes on its back cover, and some of the finest graphics on the front; it's an absolute treat, and one that we are very proud to offer.

SPECIAL NOTES: All of our albums are visually graded, but we will gladly play them to confirm condition. Please email us if you would like that service. RATING SYSTEM: New (sealed in original wrap); Near Mint (very light wear and uniform glossy vinyl appearance; one or two light rubs on jacket surface or corner); VG++ (light wear that is visible but not audible; light wear to jacket edges or corners); VG+ (many marks on record surface that are lightly audible during quiet passages; small splits, marks, or tears on jacket); VG (surface covered with light scuffs or marks that are audible during all but loudest passages; jacket extensively marked, split, or torn: note: we only sell this grade on very rare records).
