"Village Vanguard", NYC, afternoon set, November 3, 1957 Original BLUE NOTE Lp pressing, #1581,
BLUE NOTE BLP 1581, Blue White Label, Deep Groove, and with the 47 WEST 63rd St. NYC address, RVG, EAR stamped in the dead wax, no "INC", no "R".
Made in USA The vinyl shows some light pressure marks caused by years of storage in a stack, no scratches, it plays beautifully no noticeable surface noise, it sounds near mint, and a beautiful sounding pressing!
The cover is VG+, light bending at the top of the spine, light chipping on the top edge. It has very light ring wear on the back paste-on has some light yellowing of the paper and light water stains closer to the spine. Also light rounding at the corners, and faint price in pencil, back, top left (see pictures).
