SONNY ROLLINS "THE SOUND OF SONNY" LP - On Riverside Records, #RLP 12-241.  Original 1957 MONO pressing with the classic white BGP labels with black lettering and blue reel to reel logo.  The label is Deep Groove on both sides.  Thick vinyl, thick laminated cardboard cover.  The personnel:  Sonny Rollins/tenor sax; Sonny Clark/piano; Percy Heath or Paul Chambers/bass; Roy Haynes/drums.  The vinyl is in EX++ condition (beautiful gloss)!!  The thick cardboard cover is in superb shape and displays wonderfully with tight seams.  Three owner signatures on back side faintly in fine blue pen.  NO signatures are covering any text of notes.  There are NO seam splits, NO bends or creases, NO cut-out marks, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking.  The songs are:  The Last Time I Saw Paris; Just In Time; Toot, Toot, Tootsie; What Is There To Say; Dearly Beloved; Every Time We Say Goodbye; Cutie; It Could Happen To You; Mangoes.
