Description
This is a SONNY ROLLINS, SOUND OF SONNY LP. It is the rarer, WHITE AND BLUE, FIRST ISSUE, 1957, on Riverside. The catalog number is RLP 12-241. The overall condition of the jacket is good, but has a slight "curve" across its surface. It is laminated. The front shows slight wear at each corner and a couple of "nicks" on the opening edges. THE WHITE MARKS THAT YOU SEE IN THE IMAGE HERE ARE FROM CAMERA GLARE. The back cover has a stain across the bottom of it. The back cover also shows a small amount of wear toward the top from the record being in the sleeve.
The record itself has the WHITE LABEL, which is in EX condition. The vinyl would have to be graded as G+ as it has surface marks on both sides and 3 visible scratches on side 2. I played it on my stereo and heard no skips or degeneration in the sound. Please email any other questions I can answer, and thanks for looking!
