Side 1/Side 2: Clean vinyl, a couple of slight surface scratches that do not affect sound, plays great.
Side 2: Very clan vinyl, some barely visible faint superficial scuffs only, plays great.
Label: Yellow/Black. "PRESTIGE RECORDS, Inc., 203 South Washington Ave., Bergenfield, N.J." Deep Groove on both sides.
Dead Wax: "VAN GELDER" machine on both sides.
Format: "LONG PLAYING MICROGROOVE" MONO

Cover Condition: NM / VG+ / VG / GOOD

Front/Back: Laminated cover, beautiful condition, some very minor storage wear only, "XXX" stamp on top right of back cover.
