SONNY ROLLINS "The Sound Of Sonny"
LABEL: Riverside RLP 12-241
ORIGINAL 1ST PRESSING ON THE WHITE RIVERSIDE LABELS!
DEEP GROOVE
Cover is laminated. See descriptions below.
NOTE: The grades I use are Mint (rarely used grade), Near Mint, VG+++ (rarely used grade), VG++, VG+, VG, VG Minus, Good+, Good, Fair and Poor.
Cover is in Good condition. Front and back have some wear. Front has a couple of tears at the opening. Back has heavy staining around the edges. Top corner at opening was torn on the front and back sides, but was successfully repaired. Top of cover has an 8" split at the opening that has been repaired by tape. Bottom corner of cover has an 2-3/8" split at the opening. Spine has some tearing and flaking. There are also some old leftover tape marks. Overall, still a decent looking example of this cover.
I would rate the record’s condition as VG to VG+. Has a few marks and some scratches. None of them skip on my player though. Plenty of fidelity left! Labels look pretty nice. Overall, this record still sounds excellent my player!
