SONNY ROLLINS "MOVING OUT" LP - On Prestige Records, #7058. Original 1956 MONO pressing with the classic Yellow & Black labels and the 446 W. 50th St., N.Y.C. address on the labels. The label is Deep Groove on both sides with RVG etched in the trail-off on both sides. Thick vinyl, thick laminated cardboard cover. The personnel: Sonny Rollins/tenor sax; Kenny Dorham/trumpet; Elmo Hope or Thelonious Monk/piano; Percy Heath or Tommy Potter/bass; Art Blakey or Arthur Taylor/drums. The thick cardboard cover is in superb shape and displays wonderfully. Three faint owner signatures on back side. There are NO seam splits, NO bends or creases, NO cut-out marks, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking. The super glossy vinyl is in VG+ to VG++ condition with some light marks. The songs are: Moving Out; Swinging For Bumsy; Silk N' Satin; Solid; More Than You Know.
