The vinyl is very clean with only a few very light marks on either side; it's a really decent copy . The B-side label has a name written on but, given that these records are often found battered to feck, this is forgivable I think (many of the 45s in this collection have the same name on them).
The sleeve is plain white paper.

All items are sent properly and strongly packaged in a mailer with a protective outer plastic sleeve and corrugated inner stiffeners. The disc is separated from the sleeve to prevent spine splits etc. There are postage discounts for multiple purchases.
