The record has been played and it does have some scuffs (but nothing deep)... Both sides might play thru with some minor surface noise but no skips... We'd grade the overall condition of the record as VG with writing on both labels and some black specks on "B" side label at top...  

D-12 stamped in dead wax on "A" side... D-12X is stamped in dead wax on "B" side...
