SETTLE IN FOR A LONG RUN OF COLLECTABLE LPs OF VARIOUS MUSICAL STYLES!! This is a reasonably priced ORIGINAL 1974 U.S. SUSSEX RECORDS LP titled 'Salt Of The Earth' from Chuck Brown's 1970s funk outfit The Soul Searchers. It is Sussex Records catalog number SRA 8030. Tracks: I Rolled It You Hold It, Blow Your Whistle, Close To You, Funk To The Folks, Ain't It Heavy, Windsong, Ashley's Roachclip, We Share, If It Ain't Funky. Visual condition of record is a high VG++ with some light visible sleeve marks which are not the result of use, none of which can be felt and none of which will affect play. Record has a very slight and barely existant slow warp near its outer edge which only becomes visible when the record is placed on a turntable, and which also has absolutely no effect on play. Condition of cover is a low VG+ with a 1-1/2" split in the middle of the bottom edge, a few slight wrinkles, some ring and contact wear, and some wear and flaking along the edges and on the corners. This LP would be a choice addition to any 1970s funk record collection!
