New seller, vintage vinyl. Up for auction is a very nice vinyl record album by SOUP, titled SOUP LP 1970 Wisconsin State Private Pressing WITHOUT COVER SHEET VINYL HAS SOME SCUFFS, LOOKS VG, PLAYS VG+ (Nice Sounding and Playing)

I've had this LP for years always thinking it was some Allman Brothers Bootleg or something released by TMOQ, so I never investigated further Now with the internet, it was fairly easy to determine the real group and album title. Reportedly this is not some bootleg but an actual Private Pressing of fairly decent late 60's styled electric blues rock, the second side being preformed live, with long drawn out songs and guitar led solos, decent but no psych masterpiece.
So the vinyl has some to quite a bit of light marks, record to record scuffs and assorted hairlines, but this LP plays great with upfront recordings and playback, a pinch of light surface noise but no worse than a brand new TMOQ album. Center label has 'soup' written with pen on both sides. This album looks VG (Very Good) but plays VG+ or nicer (Very Good Plus) Plus it's cheap for some reported '100 pressed' yeah right. They all say that 'very rare' BS
The outer cover is a plain white TMOQ styled cover with heavy cardboard (late 60's style, rather than the lighter 70's style) Some cracks along bottom half of seam edge (slight cat claw?) decent break-free spline and top seam. Has 'BTH' written with pen in corner. THERE IS NO COVER SHEET A few others I noticed appear to have a brown colored cover with yellow front cover sheet, so i'm not sure if this is an early pressing or missing the original cover jacket, but this cover grades VG due to some shelf wear
