Here's an amazing find: a vintage early stereo pressing of the 1967 Lincoln Center Revival of Rodgers and Hammerstein's Sound of Music in brand new, still sealed condition!
Offered here is Columbia Masterworks OS 3100, the 360 Stereo Sound cast album of "South Pacific" starring Florence Henderson and Giorgio Tozzi. Billed right on the cover as the first true stereo cast album of the show, this album would rate a special place in your show tunes library even if it wasn't a stunning as new copy still sealed in the original factory shrinkwrap!
The album has NO drill holes, NO cut-corners, or other marks of any kind--just a brand new record, tightly wrapped in the original factory shrinkwrap. An incredible find, and not something you're likely to find again anytime soon.
