180gr Vinyl. "Hearts Of Stone" ist das dritte Album der R&B Band SOUTHSIDE JOHNNY AND THE ASBURY JUKES aus New Jersey - ursprünglich erschienen 1978.
Mit diesem Album schufen sich die JUKES ein Monument an der Küste von Jersey. Oft wird ,Hearts Of Stone" als das beste Album bezeichnet, das BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN niemals aufnahm.
SPRINGSTEEN schrieb den Titeltrack und das radiotaugliche ,Talk To Me" und trug mit Southside Johnny Lyon und Steve Van Zandt zu ,Talk To Me" bei. Steve Van Zandt, der die JUKES kurz nach diesem Album verließ, um mit SPRINGSTEEN in der E STREET BAND zu spielen, schrieb die restlichen sechs Tracks.
