ZODIAC Records ZLP 1042
Original 1972 issue Stereo LP
1st PRESSING • A1/A1 Matrix MADE in NEW ZEALAND

VINYL is VG / VG-
Vinyl is gorgeous glossy and lustrous with only the specific described and pictured marks: SIDE ONE has 3 (two close together and one separate) feelable and audible scuffs on first 2 tracks: VG- see PHOTO 3. You will hear these - significant audible pops that later become more tolerably moderate clicks (First 2 tracks only). No other marks. SIDE TWO has 2 very small feelable scuffs on first track, one of them is audible on a few revolutions: VG see PHOTO 4. Except for these specific marks the vinyl is beautiful with no needle scratches or hairlines. I find NO skips or sticks on the LP at all (1 1/2 gram tone arm weight with elliptical stylus). and no distortion, groove wear, or underlying surface noise. Blue/White original N.Z. Zodiac labels are super clean both sides.
.
COVER is VG+
Laminated, Flipback cover is extremely clean with very mild ring impression and a few edge and corner creases. Bottom flipback on back cover has a small surface tear at left edge - see PHOTO 5. NO writing, sticker marks or soil. All edges straight, all corners sharp. Seams and spine completely intact with no wear or splits. Spine Titles crisp and sharp, 100% legible.

*Priced low due to the significant audible marks. Near Mint NZ originals, when (very rarely) found, go for several hundred dollars and I have seen others in lesser condition than this one sell for considerably more than my asking price.

From an utterly vast and deep record collection, from my life-long best friend
who was a DJ at the Radio Station I co-founded in the 1970's - and who worked for me at my California record store in the '70s and '80s. . Sadly he has now left this mortal coil, bequeathing me his deep Vinyl Mine.
We had very similar tastes - so numerous prime duplicates are being listed.
Many PROMOS, IMPORTS and 1st PRESSINGS are included
.
Several thousand records (mostly LP's, but also hundreds of 45's), several hundred collectible and Rare, Out of Print CDs and Box Sets, plus posters and other memorabilia will all eventually be listed.

Truly a great (and enormous) collection! _____________________________________________________________________
