We (live in a car…but when we’re not we) all live in a U.K. Subsmarine of course – Why Doctor? - it could only be……U.K. SUBS on 7-Inched (or 18 centimetres..."ooh look Doris he's just gone all metrically-insane..!") Punkey RCA/GEM Records with their 'must-havey-and-must-havey-nowey' offering of their release that goes by the name of..

‘STRANGLEHOLD’ from 1979 in the original RCA/GEM (SPANISH RECORD LABEL) Record company IMPORT SPANISH PICTURE-SLEEVE too...!

Yes indeedy you frothing-at-the-mouth-e-baying-pack you (RAR…Oooh I am scared..!!!)…this is nothing more than a mind-blowing, blind-mowing, right-down and frankly down-right U.K. SUBS-mongous auction on seven incherized vinyl that's pure-punkified Lustfully-Fulfilling Drastique-Plastique with a dash of Mystique so come take a Pique (...someone shoot him - and quique..!!)

What you have here (…>>>…OVER HERE…!!!) that’s better...pay a-10-shun will you…is an 29 YEAR OLD

U.K. SUBS single release of their THREE-tracking

SPANISH

7 Inch called ‘STRANGLEHOLD’ - (‘INMOVILIZADO’)…!

Yes that's righty...It is here and none other than the above offering from those purveyors of all things Punk and past/passed with those aural paving-slabs of Punk-a-Rama-Ding-a-Dongness..."If you can live without this Punkoid collectible then you're a better woman than me", said my wife (incidentally she was right, uncharacteristically, on both counts - but not on third count, shortly to come, of justifiable homicide...!).

Also, if the feeling takes you by surprise, please then by all accounts take your taken-by-surprised-self off and toddle-along in a child-like skipping manner and nosily check out my OTHER U.K. SUBS (Blue Vinyled C.I.D 7 Inch pic-sleever) AUCTIONS I HAVE OUT RIGHTEY-BOUTEY NOW(…Beep-Beep! - Watch the cars will you? - Punk kids with those Bondage Straps crossing tut' bizzey-roads eh..!).

A dreemily-extreemerly rare copy, overtly so, of their ‘STRANGLEHOLD’ 7-Incher that-you-must-clincher-from-Mr-Lyncher and it comes to you as a THREE-tracking-of-U.K. SUBS-lovely-lummified-jubbley-mess-ness..!!!

It was pressed in SPAIN on the RCA/VICTOR/GEM Label in 1979 and has a great Spanish label with tons of Spanish writing all over it like

‘Producio por John McCoy y The U.K. Subs’..!!!

...Yes a young U.K. SUBS here on their debut 1979 vinyl and I saw them live in the 1980’s many times in London and got a ton of photo’s of the band too – the winner can have some if they want..!

…A RCA/GEM (SPANISH RECORD LABEL) RECORDS and PICTURE-SLEEVE pressing from 29 years ago (and I am not ‘having a laugh’ either..!!)

…It was pressed up in tiny handfuls way back in 1979 over in Spain – and a band that were not that big at all like U.K. SUBS were - that’s not many at all..…and it comes to you from 28 years ago – it may be safe to say there’s just this one left perhaps and even if there is another then check out the condition (hankies at the ready I’m afraid..!!!)..!

The rear sleeve is full of Spanish print and the track-listing too and a detailed 150-Spanish-Worded history of the U.K.SUBS…in ahem SPANISH…!!! Which features bits like..

Los UNITED KINGDOM SUBVERSIVES son una bana en vivo por excelencia…!

U.K. guardan las esencias de los punks del 76…!

Pete Davies es el mas Viejo (26 anos) y Paul Slack el ‘babie’ (solo 21).

As you can tell it’s a gotta have if you love the SUBS...and may the best bidder win...don’t leave it till the last minute in case your internet goes all-slow because you CANNOT find another…a covering bid will see you give it your best shot and fairs fair here I say...I just want you to all have the same chances that’s all and I will know everyone had ‘their chance’ and it went to the best person at the end of the day – this single deserves to go to that destination – and you just know that you want this beauty….

The Pogoic frenzied condition of the actual punkily-covered 'Sleeve' is graded as 'NEAR MINT' - There you go (you can stop crying tears of punkey joy now can’t you) awesome condition with very very mild handling signs – and considering it is a 29 year-old paper-sleeve all the way from SPAIN that’s quite astounding too…and very muchly looked after in my record box from when I bought it in 1979 methinkumms...! – no bends, no rips, no folds, no problems with that then...!!!

The Pogoic frenzied condition of the actual punkily-grooved 'Vinyl' is graded as 'Near Mint/Mint' - Cue more happy-crying..!!! (I’ll wait for you to sniffley-finish…it’s o.k. it really is...g’won have a good blow now..there there there…!!!!)

So be the Punkey-ONE whose just Punkily-WON this Punkey-ONE in 10 Days time...!!
...now go and be a good socially-horizontally-aspiring individual and get on that clickey-fingered-mouse-type-thingy-that’s always getting clogged up with dust ‘n’ dirt and never quite works properly to secure this gem as you’ll never see another (even if you don’t close your eyes).
...and be the lucky-one to nabbey-nabb this unique ‘STRANGLEHOLD’ in the next 10 days, or failing that I WILL end the auction early if you offer me say the auction bid-price…to the power of 9003 or a picture of Jane Seymour in the nudd.

It’s the most excellent auction on U.K. SUBS and Frankly Mr Shankley if you were to miss out on this ‘STRANGLEHOLD’ Picture-Sleeved SPANISH 1979 and 29 years of age pressing (on the RCA/GEM (SPANISH Records Label) Punk-Final-Vinyl you’ll end up feeling decidedly SUB-standard for weeks….!
