Obscure Pop Jazz From Early 70's Italian Music Library

  NEW LIMITED EDITION REISSUE, HAND-NUMBERED, PRESSED 200 COPIES.   Originally released by Giaguardo Editions in the mid '90s.   One of the erliest italian Libraries compilation made. The compiler put together Psychedelic beat and Bossa tunes from albums that were pressed in very tiny quantities (Bixio's "Diamonds" is actually an exeption as it's from a Soundtrack) great photographic cover too from italian Playman magazine collection.   An exciting sonor trip between heavy Funk tunes, unmissable Easy Listening, never sickly Soul-Jazz sprays and waves of Space Age Pop.   This LP ia an exciting underrated masterpiece, from the initial sinister Funk of "Sweet-Beat" by Torossi until the conluding "Gospel '71", mirable example of anphetaminic Easy Listening. Blackspoitation-Funk "Diatomea"and the "Schizzo"s picks or the erothic Funk of "Diamonds" and the mellow Funky-Rock of "Ambiente Elegante" make this comp. unique and incredible. And also the best 2 tracks of the comp. "Sospesi Nel Traffico" by maestro Mazza with its Killer Psychedelic/Funk style and S.Brugnolini's "Polyphony", monster Drums/Bass hypnotic Breaks groove!
