Description
THE SPIFFYS : Spiffys 68 LP (No label [USA] 12597) 1968.
Record is Excellent with minimal light sleeve scuffs only. Cover is VG+ with light general wear and some tears at the mouth, which aren't too conspicuous -- see photos.
Nice original copy of the second LP by this US Naval Academy frat/preprock/teenbeat/club combo, which changed members year by year as the student body changed (like the Hermon Knights, etc) . This is generally considered the better of their two LPs (despite a few uninspired moments) and is particularly desirable for the superb folkrock track "Dreams", comp'd on Oil Stains, Vol. 2.
As far as we know, niether Spiffys LP has ever been reissued on any format.
