SPIROGYRA: OLD BOOT WINE
ORIGINAL 1972 UK VINYL LP
Rare and sought-after 2nd album by Spirogyra, and a great example of mystic, fuzzy acid folk rock with sublime female vocals. First UK pressing on the Peg (Pegasus) label.
This is part of a lovely collection which we have recently obtained, containing a number of very rare and well-preserved LPs. We will be listing them all in the coming days and weeks.
CONDITION OF VINYL:
Clean vinyl which has retained its original lustre. Only the faintest of lines visible under a strong light. Labels are excellent with minimal spindle marking.
On test, side 1 plays faultlessly with barely any audible noise at all. Side 2 is almost as good, with just a few ticks audible on the first track. Conservatively grades as at least EX.
CONDITION OF SLEEVE:
The unlaminated textured matt sleeve is fully intact with no writing, tears or splits. It does have some minor storage and handling wear, most notably a little fraying at the top edge from the top left corner for a couple of inches. With careful handling and storage in a polythene sleeve this shouldn't worsen.
I have tried to photograph it from all angles to give a full representation of condition.
Overall sleeve grade VG.
*I have uploaded more photos to an album on Photobucket which can be viewed here:
