Provenance : Purchase many years ago to a reputable shop music memorabilia in London, established since 1978. According with them, this album was signed between June and July 1985, at concerts of Newcastle and London of European "Born USA Tour". (In this tour Van Zandt played only at concerts in London, Wembley Stadium).

It will pass any certification like PSA DNA safely.
