Description
This is an original U.S. pressing copy of the debut LP by San Jose, California, group Stained Glass, released in 1968. Originally calling themselves the Trolls, the group released a handful of singles on the RCA label through 1966-67 before switching to Capitol. Their debut LP features tightly structured songs mixing psych rock ("I Sing You Sing," "Fahrenheit," "Light Down Below," etc.) with poppier moments. The jacket is close to M- with a little light ring, corner, and spine wear (EX+). Visually, the disc has some hairline scratches and scrapes, and light scuffing. It plays with some light to moderate popping in the last two tracks on side 2, and otherwise with some light surface noise and occasional crackling and light popping -- overall VG+.
I’m in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their jackets. The jackets have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded (spot checked) discs except where otherwise noted.
